What to include
- Bug reports: tell us your browser and operating system (for example, “Chrome 126 on Windows 11”), what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. Screenshots help a lot.
- Privacy or data requests: see our privacy policy first — it explains what we do and do not collect. If you still have a question, email us with the subject line “Privacy”.
- Abuse reports: because transfers are encrypted end to end and never stored — even on the rare occasion one is relayed through our infrastructure — we cannot see or remove transferred content, but we still want to know if the service is being misused.
